Common Application essay prompts:For those who have misplaced the PDF with the 2013 Common Application essay prompts, the link to the prompts online is here.Rising seniors - remember that we will be exchanging drafts of your essays all summer with the goal of having a completed first draft ready to go by the first day of your senior year in August or September. (Getting the draft done this early means that not only will we be able to go over and discuss the essay many times before you actually submit it, but you will also have the time to get feedback from your English teachers and guidance counselors.)On Scholarships: This article in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette from earlier in the week outlines one of the most common pitfalls of athletic scholarships - and it applies to equestrians too!
