(College) Decisions, Decisions + Summer Hours

Decisions, decisions........
Making decisions can be exhilarating yet daunting - the ultimate in contradictory experiences. Too many options and variables tend to make us anxious, yet going through the process is how we learn and grow and allowing us to explore our preferences and values. It empowers us to shape our destinies, reflecting our freedom and autonomy. For high school seniors choosing their colleges right now, the stakes don't feel like they could be any higher - yet as I often tell students, decision-making is a skill that improves with practice and only by focusing on the chance to create the opportunities we envision for ourselves can we learn to approach the process of making big decisions with confidence. There are a lot of decisions ahead of you, students - even after you make your college selection. Embrace the process, trust yourself, and have faith in your ability to make the best choices for your unique journey!

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is getting a makeover this year; here's what you need to know if you plan to file in 2023-2024.
