New Insight for Prospective College Riders

Understand where you really stand.

There’s a moment in almost every equestrian student’s journey where the question comes up: “Could I ride Division I?”

It’s a big question, so I’ve added something new to my work with students.

For riders who are exploring possible NCEA collegiate opportunities, I now offer the option to have a former Division I coach provide a clear, honest evaluation of a rider’s candidacy for that level.

Welcome Coach Durkin!

Alle Durkin most recently served as an assistant coach at Oklahoma State University, where she helped evaluate and select recruits, was part of the coaching staff that won the Big 12 Championship each year she was a member, and coached riders who earned All-American honors. During her own college career, she competed as a Division I rider at Texas A&M, contributing to their national reserve championship team.

Together, we want to give families a straightforward, coach-informed perspective on:

  • where a rider currently fits (DI, DII, DIII, IHSA, etc.)

  • what coaches are actually looking for (from the coach’s perspective)

  • recommended next steps tailored to each student

Whether you’re currently working with me or looking for a standalone service, let us help you refine recruiting videos, clarify expectations, and build a strategy that aligns with both riding goals and the broader college process.

Alle’s assistance is a simple addition to my practice - but a powerful one - because the earlier you possess information, the better decisions you can make.

Curious about the process? Book a consultation today to discuss!

Ready to dive in and receive your review? We can make that happen!
