News/Travel:The mess is getting messier at Sweet Briar College - now a lawsuit has been filed in the hopes of stopping the college's closure and removing its current president as the #SaveSweetBriar movement gains momentum.Meanwhile, great news for longtime Sweet Briar riding director Mimi Wroten, who hired on at nearby Lynchburg College for fall and will undoubtedly take many of her staff and school horses with her to support their growing program, which will move out of the Randolph College facilities this fall. Seniors:Do you aspire to work in the horse industry? Would working behind the scenes at one of the nation's largest horse shows appeal to you? Then bookmark this link for your upcoming college career - the Washington International Horse Show offers internships to enrolled college students in their D.C. office!Juniors:The Common Application essay prompts are here! Many times, it's easy to say something to your student off the cuff without considering what they might actually hear you say.
